What new laptop do you recommend for my specifications? - memory pro duo reader in hp laptops
I have a Medion Akoya for two years (I bought it that) to go to Morocco because it is small, and did his job, and I am willing to relocate to. I live on my computer (I) am a writer and I look forward to the usual suspects - 1 GB RAM, CD / DVD-R, internal wireless, at least 80 GB hard drive. Memory card reader (Sony is preferable Pro Duo), but not mandatory.
I will not buy HP or Compaq, but otherwise have few preferences. I expect the lowest level Mac, but I do not know if it's worth the $ 1100 you do not (really).

HP Business (such as NC series) is better than at home ... My husband has HP nw9440 ... He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from 2 large ... and a lot of research and other things ... If you have tons of applications, the 24 / 7 on your laptop ...

Personally I would not recommend a mid-level Sony Vaio or an apple because of its size and performance. I switched from PC to Mac and could not be happier and more recently has focused on laptops and was extremely disappointed. Using the mouse is almost impossible, and some do not seem as fast as the Apple I is now operational.
Get a Mac, you will not regret it!

Conclusion
