Constipation In Babies More Condition_symptoms How To Prevent Constipation In Little Babies?

How to prevent constipation in little babies? - constipation in babies more condition_symptoms

My daughter is 6 months. Introducting I started a month ago, and it seems solid with muscle problems. What foods can be introduced at this age, to avoid clogging?

Snowanka Welcome!
I have not had children yet, but there are many children in my family ... heheh this problem arises when the doctors told us that the causes of constipation in children include:
Formula too strong - if your baby is secure bottle-fed, that the formula is correct, so that there is too much formula powder for the amount of water.
Different forms - changes in processed milk (including the exchange of "continuation" formula or cow's milk).
Soft enough - warm weather, the bottle-fed infants require extra fluid such as cooled, boiled water between preparations in RSS. Infants need more frequent meals.
Solids not good for the child - the right solid foods at the age of your child. Keep in mind that excessive use of legumes (peas, lentils, etc.) and high fiber cereals are not suitable for young children.
Difficulties in the poo - sometimes a hard poo can cause a small crack or tear in the skin around the anus that can harm the baby. The baby seems to know that it hurts this shit and stick. Thenwhen diluted.
Do not add sugar, malt extract or rice cereal formula - will not help constipation.

I would like to help somehow ... bye take care!
