How do I get rid of nasal congestion? - congestion more condition_treatment

I am terribly stuffy nose for about two months. I have used the nasal spray, but this should not be longer than three days long, and finally, no longer works after about half an hour. Volume decongestant, but never seem to do anything. I do not wake up in the middle of the night absolutely breathe through the nose. It gets worse every day for those who can not breathe and I start to feel pressure in your head. I'm not sure, then I can not go to the doctor. Suggestions?
